Non-refundable

• The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel at any time.
• We facilitate prepayment of the full amount from our guests before arrival, thanks to Payments by Fownes Hotel Worcester. For more information on how we facilitate payments for you,

Flexible – 1 day

• The guest can cancel free of charge until 1 day before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel within 1 day before arrival.
• We facilitate prepayment of the full amount from our guests before arrival, thanks to Payments by Fownes Hotel.

Cots

• No cots are available.

Extra beds

• Children up to and including 6 years old stay for GBP 15.00 per person per night when using an available extra bed.

Internet, parking and pets

Internet

• Wi-Fi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Parking

• Public parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed) and costs GBP 15 per day per any vehicle

Pets

• Pets are allowed on request. Charges are GBP 20 per pet per day.

We require a damage deposit from guests:

• Our guests pay a damage deposit of: £50.00
• We collect your damage deposit by: Credit card
• We collect this from your guests: Upon arrival
• We return your damage deposit by: Credit card
• We return this to your guests: 8 to 14 days after check-out
• Lost keys will be charged at £40.00
• Smoking in the rooms will be charged at £100

Check-in and check-out times

• Check-in from 15:00
• Check-out until 11:00

Guest address details

• Our guests do not have to provide their address details when they book

Guest phone number

• Our guests must provide a phone number when they book

Age limit

• Minimum age: 18
• Maximum age: No age limit

Early check-in between 12:00 and 14.30 is subject to availability by prior request with the property and for an additional fee of GBP 20 Check-in before 12:00 will incur a fee equal to the full room rate (subject to availability).

Late check-out between 11:00 and 12.30 is subject to availability by prior arrangement with the property and for an additional fee of GBP 20.  Check out after 14:00 will incur a fee equal to the full room rate (subject to availability).

If breakfast option is not taken at time of booking, this can be added at check in at £8.50 per person per day
